All questionsHow much do I pay to book?
Nothing yet. Online booking isn't open yet. Request availability and we'll confirm the rate, deposit and bond for your dates before anything is booked or charged. Prices are in Australian dollars, and there's no card surcharge.
Is there a bond?
Yes, a refundable security bond, paid at pickup. Its amount is confirmed with your booking. Your security bond is separate from rental charges. Following return and inspection, we refund the balance after any deductions permitted by the rental agreement. Any deductions will be itemised. We’ll notify you when the refund is initiated; your bank’s processing time is additional.
How old do I need to be?
The age and licence requirements for each rental are shown before you pay, and you confirm the main driver meets them. Every driver's licence is checked against those rules.
What ID do I need?
A current driver's licence in the main driver's name. We tell you exactly what's needed before you pay, and the licence is checked against the rules you agreed to.
When can I pick up and return the car?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, at 238 Nudgee Road, Hendra. Your exact pickup and return times are confirmed with your booking.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. Daily, weekly and monthly plans each have their own minimum period, which is shown with the plan. We'll confirm it for your dates when you enquire.
When is a booking confirmed?
Only when both steps are complete: the driver verification is approved and the payment has gone through. A payment on its own doesn't confirm a booking.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, you can request an extension from your booking before the return time. If it's approved, you pay the difference before it takes effect.
